This blog might turn into a Kiko Make Up by Milano review for the next few reviews, but I figured if I get them all out of the way I will focus on other brands, like SmashBox.
The Eye Shadow Primer from Kiko is meant to, like all eye shadow primers, keep the eye shadow on for longer.
I can say for certain that if you use liquid eye shadow or eye liner it will stay on for a good 9 to 12 hours. It doesn’t keep powdered eye shadows on for nearly that long, I would say roughly about 4 to 5 hours, so a night out this would be worth the spend but if you are wanting to use your eye shadows for work, this is not the shadow primer to go with, unless you normally do touch ups of the eye shadow during the day.
I had been excited to use it because of the price; under £6! But when it didn’t work I had to leave it to the side to use with my liquid eye shadows – which are used once in a blue moon.
