Montalbino solid shampoo bar is one of the newest shampoo bars from Lush Cosmetics, it is a gorgeous scented product smelling like sherbet lemon sweeties – which is enough to win me over.
Sicilian lemon oil gives your hair shine, as well as fresh lemon juice for extra shine, this shampoo bar is very much for giving your hair extra shine and not completely stripping your hair because is also has green olive to give your hair extra strength so it would be beneficial for those who have delicate or dry hair. There is also Rosemary absolute in there too which again gives the hair shine, but also clears the scalp if you have any dry patches – though this is not one for delicate scalps, if your scalp is sensitive there are better shampoo bars for you in store.
Lush North America actually have a short video about this amazing shampoo bar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__ULhpTLz98
The video is less than a minute long, but it does give you plenty of information. It’s one of the plus sides of Lush Cosmetics, they can explain ingredients easily and without confusing you.
One other plus thing is that the staff can tell you where they get their essential oils from, in this product we have Sicilian lemon oil, which they have a video of on their LUSH YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=232Bdd9ZgdI&list=PL9F542914CBD3E620&index=13
There is also other brilliant videos to watch on the YouTube channel, like the how it’s made video, showing you have they make the shampoo bars, to the fresh face masks all the way to their bubble bars.
As many people who know Lush, or who are aware of their shampoo bars, is that the product lasts for 80 washes or even more and is handy for travelling and going to the gym.
This product is vegan as well, which is sure to make it a winner to many people. This is definitely one I will repurchase again, it makes my hair so soft and shiny and no other product has ever been able to do that.
